Investment Solutions

North American buyout and growth focus

GCP’s investment team creates well-diversified secondary portfolios through the opportunistic purchase of and investment in North American buyout and growth assets. Utilizing its smaller fund size to opportunistically deploy capital, GCP remains committed to its disciplined pricing approach, focus on lower risk assets, and selectivity of high conviction assets that are well-positioned to appreciate during GCP’s investment hold period. GCP pursues secondary opportunities across LP interests and GP-led deals.

Equity-oriented buyout and growth focus across the market capitalization spectrum

GCP is an experienced primary investor having invested in funds across the private equity market over the past 25 years. GCP’s investment team is focused on equity-oriented buyout and growth strategies in high conviction managers where the team has developed long-standing relationships.

Active co-investment program encompassing companies in a wide variety of industries

GCP’s co-investment strategy focuses on buyout and growth companies with attractive positioning, demonstrated profitability, and growth potential. GCP has a preference for equity securities and opportunities where interests are aligned with the lead sponsor(s). GCP leverages its strong relationships across its investment platform to access opportunities with well-established general partners that are well known to GCP.
